Ultrasonic Machining also called as ultrasonic vibration machining is a machining process in which material is removed from the surface of a part by low amplitude and high frequency vibration of a tool against surface of material in the presence of abrasive particles.
Ultrasonic-assisted machining is different from traditional machining and relies on ultrasonic vibration.Among them, the tool holder for connecting the machine tool can be customized. It consists of a numerical control box, a vibrator and a tool head. The ultrasonic vibrator can be designed according to the basic range requirements of the actual application.
