The dispersion and depolymerization of ultrasonic is the result of ultrasonic cavitation.
When a liquid is subjected to ultrasonic treatment at high intensity, sound waves propagating into the liquid medium cause alternating cycles of high pressure (compression) and low pressure (reflection), depending on the frequency. During low pressure circulation, high intensity ultrasonic waves create small vacuum bubbles or voids in the liquid.
When bubbles reach a size where they cannot absorb energy, they collapse violently in a high-pressure cycle. This phenomenon is called cavitation. During the burst, very high temperatures (about 5,000K) and pressures (about 2,000 ATM) are locally reached.
The bursting of cavitation bubbles will also lead to the velocity of liquid jet as high as 280m/s.
The cavitation force generated during the instantaneous collapse of the cavitation bubble is very important and is known to cause many chemical and physical effects, such as the formation of free radicals due to the cracking of solvent molecules, the increase of chemical reaction rates, and mechanical effects (such as corrosion).
Solid surface or pitting corrosion, dispersion of polymer powder in solution and particle breakage.

1. Compared with the traditional mixing and ball milling process, the operation cost per unit capacity can be greatly reduced. It is especially suitable for industrial production.
2. For liquid-liquid mixture, the chemical reaction speed can be increased, the amount of additives can be reduced, and the fully mixed solution is not suitable for stratification for a long time.
3. For the solid-liquid mixture, the easily agglomerated nanoparticles can be opened in a short time, and the dispersed ultrafine particles are not easy to agglomerate again.
Customers' evalution as follow:
The ultrasonic sonicator works very well.
We improved yield by 5% if we run for 5 minutes.
You have been most kind and helpful. Thank you for your expert communication.
Customers' recognition and trust is our driving force.
