Ultrasonic sewing machines can quickly seal, sew and trim synthetic fibers without using thread, glue or other consumables. Although similar in appearance and operation to traditional sewing machines, the ultra sonic sewing machine has a larger gap between the runner and the welding wheel, making it very suitable for manual operation with small tolerances or near bends. Ultrasonic bonding eliminates the problems of needle and thread breakage, line color conversion and line dispersion.
