The transducer consists of a housing, a matching layer, a piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer, a back liner, a lead cable and a Cymbal array receiver.
Cymbal array receiver is composed of 8 ~ 16 Cymbal transducers, two metal rings and rubber gaskets.
The piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer is used as the basic ultrasonic transducer, by which the ultrasonic signal is transmitted and received.
The Cymbal array receiver is located on the disc type piezoelectric transducer, and acts as an ultrasonic receiver to receive Doppler echo signals outside the frequency band of the disc transducer.

ltrasonic welding transducers are versatile devices commonly used in various industries for joining materials through the application of high-frequency vibrations. The applied range of ultrasonic welding transducers depends on several factors, including the material being welded, the thickness of the materials, and the specific requirements of the welding process. Here are some common applications and materials where ultrasonic welding transducers are utilized:
Plastics: Ultrasonic welding transducers are frequently employed in the automotive, electronics, medical device, and packaging industries for welding plastic components. This includes joining plastic parts for automotive assemblies, sealing packaging materials, bonding electronic components, and assembling medical devices.
Metals: While less common than in plastics, ultrasonic welding transducers can also be used to weld certain metals, particularly thin sheets or wires. This includes applications in the electronics industry for bonding metal components and in the jewelry industry for soldering delicate metal pieces.
Textiles: Ultrasonic welding transducers find applications in the textile industry for cutting, sealing, and embossing synthetic fabrics. This includes manufacturing processes for clothing, non-woven fabrics, filters, and medical textiles.
Nonwovens: Ultrasonic welding transducers are used in the production of nonwoven products such as diapers, sanitary napkins, and surgical masks for sealing edges and bonding layers of material.
Food Packaging: In the food industry, ultrasonic welding transducers are utilized for sealing plastic films and containers, ensuring product freshness and integrity.
Medical Devices: Ultrasonic welding transducers play a crucial role in the assembly of medical devices, such as catheters, IV sets, filters, and surgical instruments, where precision and cleanliness are paramount.
Automotive Components: Ultrasonic welding transducers are commonly used in automotive manufacturing for joining various plastic and metal components, including interior trim, door panels, sensors, and electrical connectors.
1. Titanium, aluminum, steel materials of horn optional.
2. Ceramic rings and titanium are imported from Japan and Germany
3. Once assembled, the transducers are aged before testing and final assembly. The properties of piezoelectric materials can change with time and pressure, so a bit of time to testing will identify nonconforming material.
4. One by one testing to ensure that each transducer performance are excellent before shipping.
5. Low impedance, high stability with long life and high reliability.
6. Provide customized service
7. One year warranty
