The principle of ultrasonic welding is that the high frequency vibration wave is transmitted to the surface of two objects to be welded. Under the condition of pressure, the surfaces of two objects rub against each other to form the fusion between molecular layers. Ultrasonic sewing machine is realized by transmitting high frequency vibration to fabric. When synthetic materials or non-woven pass between the corner and anvil of the ultrasonic equipment, the vibration will be directly transmitted to the fabric, thus generating heat rapidly in the fabric. The heat melts and fuses the synthetic fibers of the material to form a bonded joint that will not wear or spread.

1.Ultrasound heating and special steel wheel pressure can be used as described above.
