Ultrasonic rubber cutting principle is through the ultrasonic generator 50 / 60Hz current into 20,30 or 40kHz power. The converted high frequency electrical energy is again converted into mechanical vibrations of the same frequency by means of transducers, which are then transmitted to the cutter through a set of amplitude modulator means which can vary the amplitude. The cutter transmits the received vibration energy to the cutting surface of the workpiece to be cut, in which the vibration energy is cut by activating the molecular energy of the rubber and opening the molecular chain.

Ultrasonic cutting is the use of ultrasonic energy to locally heat and melt the material being cut to achieve the purpose of cutting the material. It can easily cut resin, rubber, non-woven fabric, film, various overlapping composite materials and food. The principle of the ultrasonic cutting machine is completely different from the traditional pressure cutting.
Traditional cutting uses a knife with a sharp cutting edge, which concentrates very large pressure on the cutting edge and presses against the material being cut. When the pressure exceeds the shear strength of the material being cut, the molecular bond of the material is pulled apart, thereby achieving cutting. Because the material is pulled apart by strong pressure, the cutting edge of the cutting tool must be very sharp, and the material itself must withstand relatively high pressure. Therefore, the cutting effect of soft and elastic materials is not good, and it is more difficult for viscous materials.

1-2 units we could send by EXPRESS(DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS), heavy weight more than 50kg,we suggest to use sea freight LCL or by air.
10. Warranty:
One years Warranty with none human damage. After warranty time, factory will repair fix it or send the new parts on cost price. We can produce according customers'requirements, OEM is available, pls send me inquiry for quotations.
