Ultrasonic sonicator is a new method and a new process that changes the traditional extraction method of water boiling and alcohol sinking. Compared with boiling and alcohol precipitation process, ultrasonic extraction has the following outstanding characteristics:
(1) No need for high temperature. In the water temperature of 40℃-50℃ F ultrasonic enhanced extraction, no water boiling high temperature, does not destroy some of the medicinal ingredients in Chinese medicinal materials with thermal instability, easy hydrolysis or oxidation characteristics. Ultrasonic wave can promote plant cell wall breaking and improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
(2) Atmospheric pressure extraction, good safety, simple operation, easy maintenance.
(3) Ultrasonic extraction machine extraction efficiency is high. Ultrasonic enhanced extraction can obtain a high extraction rate of 20 to 40 minutes, and the extraction time is only one-third or less of the boiling and alcohol precipitation methods. The extraction amount is more than twice that of the traditional method. After adding ultrasound (at 65 degrees), the extraction time of plant active ingredients was about 40 minutes. The cooking time of the cooking method often takes two to three hours, which is more than three times the time of ultrasonic extraction.
